Interview
I was referred through a local user group. I contacted the hiring/marketing manager to inquire about the job. I had an initial phone interview then met 1 - 1 with the marketing manager. 2nd interview was over the phone with the director of Sales Last I met in person with the president of the company.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Suture Express (Lenexa, KS)
Interview
Fairly casual. I had a 3-piece suit on in the middle of August and when I entered the interview, the Vice President and Warehouse Manager were wearing khaki cargo shorts, polo's, and sandals. It was quick, sweet, and to the point. It was obvious they needed good workers fast.
