Svitla Systems interview questions

Weird interview process. First I was emailed by someone who could only communicate in broken English to check for my availability for an interview. Sent availability but didn't hear back until 1 month later. Gave availability again then ghosted again until a VP reached out to see if I was still interested. Finally got an interview pinned down, basic HR interview, talked about my experience, they were using the same tech stack that I have experience with (Next.js, React, Vercel, AI tools). This interview went well and I was informed that the next interview would be scheduled on the following Monday. Then I receive an email that says they've moved on with another candidate. Compensation was on the low side for a US based role, looks like they use Ukrainian contractors.

I had a screening interview with a US-based Russian interviewer. The feeling on the interview was of a generic culture of mistrust, and two-faced communications - officially, everything is perfect, calm and honest. Deep inside - very not fine. So much passive-aggressive.
