I applied through other source. The process took 6 months. I interviewed at Swaarm (Mumbai) in Feb 2021
Interview
The interview process is easy but they are not giving feedback once interview is undertaken. Even on persistently calling to the HR Manager I didn't got any feedback or response. After 4 long Months the HR Manager told me that we may not be able to further process your application as your interview with one of our seniors is still pending. Ask when can I expect the interview from the senior personnel the HR Manager started making stories that the son of that senior personnel is I'll and he won't be taking your interview this drama continued for 2 Months. I was fed-up with this process and I asked him when I expect an interview? Now, the HR Manager told me that it is not on my hands. I waited for 6 long Months just to hear this. This guy's aren't transparent about the entire interview process. If you don't have the vacancy for that position please do not seek out application. You guys are playing with the emotions of other people especially in the desperate times like Covid-19.
