Interview
Short interview process, sat and had a coffee and asked questions about myself and what I thought about the company. Also my own experience with any purchases from the company. Then a basic chat about my previous work experience and what level of customer service experience I had.

Question 1
A quick 15 min interview, very simple questions such as how you would sell to a customer, style a customer and the best way to give your opinion if the customer asked how you think they look in something.
Casual, friendly, relaxed makes you calm down even during the interview process. It was friendly converstation. I was given to chose and outfit which shooked me at first cause i didnt realised i would be tested in such a way.

Interview
Applied online and didn’t hear back for a few weeks. Got an email from a manager asking to schedule an online video interview in a few days time and the process went quickly from then. Interview lasted about 20 minutes and the interviewer was very enthusiastic and easy to talk to. Asked a lot of questions I had never been asked before in an interview which actually made the process kind of fun! Got a call back the next day to say I had got the job.
