Classic interview-style questions: be prepared to clearly articulate a strong understanding of the product (use cases, value proposition, target customers), the competitive landscape (key players, differentiators, and positioning), and the strategic direction the business aims to take (growth priorities, market expansion, and long-term vision). Expect to connect these elements to how you would effectively sell, differentiate, and drive revenue in the role.

Question 1
1) Why should we pick you
2) who are our competitors / high level pitch
3) What's the last piece of feedback given to you by your Manager
I applied online. I interviewed at Sweep (France) in Jan 2026
Interview
Seemed like Sweep were more interested in asking 'gotcha' style questions - and not there for a genuine conversation - high degree of arrogance and poor reflection on Sweep. Overall it didn't feel as if there was an appetite to lead with curiosity and give the interview its best chance.
Didn't make it to the next round but honestly wouldn't have wanted to either - dodged a bullet.

Question 1
Experience related questions, but some unusual ones too like "is it okay to lie?"
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Sweep (France) in Nov 2024
Interview
Initial call with the talent person who was smiley and quite attentive. A few of her questions were follow-ups from mine. Heard back two weeks later to schedule a call with the hiring manager. Second call lasted an hour, back and forth questions between myself and the hiring manager. He asked questions about my experience/impact in product management, e.g. priorities, reasons behind decision making. I'm sure I saw him let out a huge sigh before ending the call. Thought it went ok, but received a rejection email the next day. Followed up for feedback, no response.
