SweetWater Brewing Company interview questions

Applied online, called by HR for some general screening which included asking what kind of music I liked (?). Interviewed with head brewer, head cellarman and brewmaster simultaneously. None of these guys are very good conversationalists so expect to carry the conversation.

Several interviews over a the course of a few months. Long, drawn out interview process that didn't seem to go anywhere and seemed redundant. Completed a phone interview, in person interview, Skype interview, second in person interview, second phone interview over three months.
