I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Sweetwaters Coffee & Tea (Ann Arbor, MI) in Jan 2020
Interview
Interview process was simple. I applied online. The very next day, I received an email asking to set up a phone call for sometime that week. I replied with my availability and ended up going into the store location for the interview. The interview lasted 15 minutes and I was then shown around the store. After my interview and tour, I was offered the position. A few days later, I received emails with onboarding paperwork to fill out, then was scheduled to work.
