Fairly easy, they just want an outgoing and hardworking individual. I had to demonstrate that I was the perfect candidate to them by giving real life examples of my success and failures. It helps to be dressed nice. No need for a tie though

Meet in person with one person. Had a few behavioral questions, pretty general. For the most part if they are hiring you will get hired. If you don't work to the company standards they will fire you just as quickly as they hired you.
