Super chill interview process, I think I got hired on the spot. They gave a tour of the facilities. It was nice to see the whole building before I even worked there.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Swimtastic Swim School (Lincoln, NE) in Apr 2018
Interview
Fairly easy one on one, basic interview questions were asked. Like if you are in swimming or on a swim team, but i had no experience and was hired. Very fun place for high schoolers to work.
