Interviews were amazing. One of the interviewers even called me in the middle of their travels to accommodate my schedule! There were more interviews than I expected, but they didn't waste any time in between and from start to finish was about a week long.

Question 1
Have you ever worked with presenting data from Excel?
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at SwipeSense (Chicago, IL) in Jan 2018
Interview
DO NOT DO IT!!
I applied on line and received a call from the HR rep. I was then asked to come in for an interview which I did and met my new manager. A few days later, I was asked to do another interview with the current team on the phone, and then a few days later with the head of he company on the phone. I received an offer letter on a Monday with an expiration date of a Friday and a phone call asking if I will accept the offer or not. I said I would let them know by Friday.
I then got an email from head of the company and my "manager" wanting to take my spouse and I out to dinner. (An archaic practice from years ago but I figured it is a start up and things are done differently). Logistically, it was not possible so we set up a Skype meeting instead. This should have been a red flag but I continued onward.
Then the Skype meeting got cancelled and I got an email saying that they are retracting my offer letter because the board wasn't sure if I was the right candidate (This was on Thursday and I prepared to put in my resignation Friday morning!) I was then asked to meet my manager to put together a 30/60/90 day plan based so that he can take it back to the board. I submitted my plan and then got an email stating they have decided to look at other candidates.
Basically, they used me for my ideas. AKA "brain rape" in Silicon Valley.
I applied through other source. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at SwipeSense (Chicago, IL) in Mar 2014
Interview
Interviewed with both the CEO, CTO and select staff members. Many questions where asked and I felt the interview went quite well which was reaffirmed when the CTO sent me a e-mail saying and offer would be forthcoming. This went on for a couple weeks and I finally confronted the CTO and he admitted they decided to change directions.
Wasted my time and incredibly unprofessional. The is the worst interview experience I've had in my professional life and this company, it's CEO and CTO need adult supervision. Totally unprofessional children.
