Swipii get me informed of my process regularly, the interview process was explained well in advance which helped me prepare fully, at the beginning of each part of the interview it was explained to me how it would run, the interviewers introduced themselves and were friendly which put me at ease and allowed me to perform to the best of my ability. After the interview, I was emailed with timelines that met my expectations.

After applying online, I quickly received an email from a member of the team inviting me to interview over the phone. This first stage was around 20 minutes long and covered the items on my CV and a basic background check in skills and knowledge. Just under two weeks later, I was invited for a formal interview in the offices, which consisted of a short presentation and Q&A with two members of the team, and then an interview/discussion with one of the co-founders. I was contacted to be informed I had received the job the next day.
