It was 2-round interview. First one was with HR over the phone, and second one was in-person with HR, QC manager, and supervisor. During the phone interview with HR, she asked very basic questions such as why I want to leave the current company, what I do at work, what kind of company culture you prefer, etc. One week after the phone screening, I was invited for an in-person interview. This time it was more technical questions from QC supervisor. They were more worried about the punctuality of the candidate after getting hired.
