Sykam Consultancy Services interview questions

The interview process was misleading and highly unprofessional from start to finish. The job description stated a 30-minute to 1-hour interview, yet I was put through an unexpected and exhausting five-hour interview marathon, being passed from one department to the next. The most concerning part was the interview with the CEO, who asked a number of inappropriate and deeply personal questions that had no relevance to the job. To make matters worse, my personal phone was confiscated upon arrival for the entire duration of the interview, which was an alarming and unwarranted measure. This experience showed a significant lack of respect for my time and boundaries, and I would caution any future candidates.
