Sykes & Ray Equities (I) interview questions

There is an aptitude test followed by a screening by the HR followed by a lengthy interview with the HOD of the respective dept. There are usually general questions asked for the entry level job openings.

There is an individual scanning followed by an aptitude test and than a first round interview, followed by a second round interview if selected by a senior manager and final round with the director if selected where the commercials are finalized
