The interview was very comfortable and there was a big emphasis placed on interest in education, work with children, and commitment to the program. The program was centered on working with a team at different schools and so there were many questions geared towards collaboration. There would also be no on site support throught the program and there were a lot of situation-based questions that gauged independence of the candidate.
