The process consisted of five interviews, four of them virtual and conducted almost back-to-back. The first was with the recruiter, followed by one with the site's General Manager, another with the Director of Operations, and a final on-site interview with the General Manager. The fifth interview was supposed to be with the HRBP; however, after being contacted to schedule it on a Friday, I followed up on Monday only to be informed that there was a change in the site's staffing, and the process was on hold. Three days later, the recruiter informed me that the positions had already been filled.
I didn’t like that the recruiter was the one driving the process, reaching out after each interview to ask how it went, which gave the impression that the managers weren’t providing direct feedback. This made the process feel disorganized and rushed.
