Symbotic Advanced Robotics Engineer - Robot Perception interview questions

Four virtual interviews, followed by one on-site. Discussion of past experience, medium-difficulty coding challenge, and some design/debugging problems. All the interviews went well, and they told me they wanted to make me an offer. We got to the point of discussing compensation. However, before they could send a written offer, they needed to get "approval" for the offer/role first. Since then I've been ghosted; It has been three months since the recruiter last reached out to me, without any word on "approval" status. I just accepted a position a different company. The team members were all pleasant and seemed smart/capable enough, but I feel like I dodged a bullet with how disorganized the company processes are. The compensation seemed reasonable (nothing too special), but overall I would recommend others to look elsewhere.
