Interview
It was good. They are very quick in scheduling to striking a deal.
1. Initially started off from a job website. After which they have their own screening and then they contact directly/personally.
2. Interview was on schedule and on a mutually decided time.
3. Interview Rounds
a. Written test(Technical MCQ type questions).
b. Technical coding test on PC.
c. HR round
d. Technical discussion cum interview with off shore team (Video conference).
3. HR interaction was good turned out to be quite an effective one.
4. Technical test and coding was easy. They want to know if you know the basic concepts of oops and .Net framework. Plus the interviewer is right there when you are coding, so it happens to be a technical interview.
5. Test was easy but quite meticulously designed, if you know basics you'll pass easily.
6. HR round was standard (Tell me something about yourself types)
7. Technical discussion cum interview with off shore guy was awesome!. The discussion happened at such depths that an interview was not at all necessary. I liked this idea of not taking an interview as an interview but discussing. It shows respect for the future employee.
8. I got the job offer, I was not bargained with. Very straight forward and good compensation. I am saying good because it was a 100% hike.
