      Sales Representative Interview

      16 Aug 2024
      Anonymous employee
      Accepted offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

      I interviewed at Synaptic Incorporated

      Interview

The entire process seemed very rushed. Each interview was maybe 12-18 minutes and I felt like they didn’t ask a whole lot, they more described a job. They also don’t say upfront you’ll be at a booth in a store making sales right away.

      Interview

3 step process. One in the office and one in sam's club. The first interview was pretty quick and easy. They'll ask you about your resume and talk briefly. They are quick to respond, so you will find out later that day. The second one you travel to sam's club and watch a presentation and then talk about key takeaways. The third interview is a phone call.
