Synaptic (India) Software Developer interview questions

Whole interview process motive was to waste candidates time, even having sufficient skills they discriminate candidate on the basis of tier of college, even if you from tier 3 college and you are skilled enough than a tier 1 college guy still they won't gonna hire you and waste your time by taking interviews and find a loop hole to kick you out of the process. If company's interview process can be so toxic don't know how the company's working environment will be.
