Synch-Solutions interview questions

Interviewing process was typical - phone interview first then an in office interview. The people seemed nice, the office was nice but small. I was asked about my skills and past work experience and told what the role consisted of. I was able to meet the VP that I would be assisting and he seemed to be nice.

It started off with a third party recruiter contacting me via a job posting board. Had a telephonic interview with them. Then i was passed on to the Human Resources as Synch for a round of telephonic interview to go over my background and to see if im a fit for the opening. Finally i had the 1:1 interview going over the specifics attached to the job
