Synchronoss Mobile Developer interview questions

The interviewer was extremely impatient and rude. He never introduced himself. I extended my hand to introduce myself, instead, he just sat down and started asking questions in a hurry. He did not give me enough time to think or assess the questions and to respond. He was distracted - kept looking at his phone, reading WhatsApp messages and emails instead of listening to the answers. He would ask a question when I started thinking, he would immediately move on to the next question. He answered a call and after that point, he actually had his headphone on! He never took it off! I lost interest after a while and waited for the interview to finish. This was one of the worst interviews I have been part of. Ever. Companies need to identify proper candidates who can conduct interviews. Interviewers like this put the company in a very bad light. People attending interviews come in with a lot of hope and are in a tense state. The least one can do is to give them attention. Expected a better experience from a company like Synchronoss.
