Synder Filtration interview questions

Applied online. Received email from interviewers. Scheduled on-site interview. Sat in on interview panel with a couple employees from R&D department. They asked questions about previous employment written on resume and research experience. Asked some questions related to chemistry and materials science: properties of materials and why they were chosen for use in that industry.

It was a very quick, 2-person panel interview. No phone interview. Both of whom would be your supervisors, one that you work very closely with and the other, not so much. Each asked about one big question, mostly going through my work history, why I left, why I chose Synder, etc. Literally offered me the job on the spot and wanted me to work the following day...
