I applied through university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Syndicate Sales (Kokomo, IN) in Nov 2012
Interview
It was laid back. I showed up and spent several hours interviewing multiple people. They were all very friendly and are to this day. The interview will match the company culture, laid back and easy going.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Syndicate Sales (Kokomo, IN) in Dec 2014
Interview
One on one interview with lead designer of creative team, then briefly meeting the team, followed by a skill review creating a sales flyer from their image files. I was given an hour to create the flyer, but much of that time was taken up with showing me the idea of what they were wanting, and locating each item to be included on the flyer. If I were more familiar with their SKU numbers (or if the items had already been pulled up to be dropped into the flyer) the process could have gone much faster and I would have had more time to put better thought into the design. I was told they would make a decision by the following week, and would call to let me know their decision. I never received a call or email, and found from a former professor that they had hired a student.

Question 1
Questions were mostly basic interview questions for the position. No unusual questions stand out in my mind.
