I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Synerfac Technical Staffing (New Brunswick, NJ) in Jun 2015
Interview
The process started when I was called by the corporate recruiter who then sent my resume to the nearest local branch. At that time a phone interview with the manager who was very helpful and courteous was scheduled, after the phone screen I was invited for an in person meeting in which the manager was once again very informative about expectations, potential, and overall outlook on a career as a recruiter. Afterwards a 2nd in person interview was requested where I met with the manager again and had a few other meetings with the rest of the office. Overall the experience was very positive and I have no complaints.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Synerfac Technical Staffing (Greensboro, NC) in Aug 2021
Interview
For me, I went through 3 separate interviews before receiving a job offer - there was a phone interview with a recruiter at HQ (I don't necessarily count this as an interview - more of a prescreen), virtual interview with the area manager, in person interview with the branch manager, then one last one with a senior recruiter in office as well.

Question 1
What do you know about the recruitment cycle for staffing agencies?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Synerfac Technical Staffing in Apr 2021
Interview
The company reached out to me on LinkedIn, which then was followed up with a phone call as a prescreening. I then had to complete a personality assessment. After that I moved to an in-person interview with the Branch Manager and started 2 months later due to me having to move. It was an easy process that was very straight forward and everything was laid out for me every step of the way.

Question 1
How competitive I was on a scale for 1 to 10 and why. I liked this question because I feel like the competitiveness will relate to how motivated you are to do the job.
