The interview process took over a month and two rounds of interviews first with the HR with mostly behavioral questions and second with the HR, Senior Project Manager, and Vice President based mostly on situational questions.

Tell me about your work experience? Tell me about a time you failed
2 step interview with one being over Zoom, and another in person. The interview was about an hour long, and I met with the head of HR and the PM Director. Both incredibly competent and personable. Pretty standard interview questions, and afterward, I was taken on a small tour of the back end facility. Good experience.
