The HR Executive reached out to schedule the first online interview through both email and WhatsApp. The interview panel consisted of the HR Executive, an HR Manager, and the Head of Sales/Marketing.
While the interview itself was relatively easy and felt more like a casual conversation with the HR Executive, the overall experience was disappointing. The HR Manager and Head of Department remained completely silent throughout the session. Even when I directed questions to them, they stayed on mute and did not acknowledge or respond at all.
This lack of engagement from senior interviewers came across as unprofessional and left a poor impression of the company’s culture and hiring process.
