Somewhat amateurish. Saw the ad for a chemist and took the survey that was linked to the posting. Then sent my resume and the interviewer who replied with nothing more than the link to the survey I just took. Emailed back I took the survey already. Got a reply that said, Oh I see it now, along with a time and the address for the interview, asking if it was a good time. I replied it was. I assumed the interview set for the time and place but never got a confirmation. Showed up on time, but the interviewer was 20 minutes late. Interview took less time than waiting did. Questions were simple and straightforward, no surprises. Followed up the next day with a thank you email, did not get a reply. Also sent the company a link to a website that supported companies that are being environmentally friendly or "Green". Also did not get a response. I felt the process was somewhat haphazard.
