Felt slightly unstructured and questions were thrown in during presentation.

2 stage interview 1st interview - Microsoft teams - Standard customer service question and no technical questions asked 2nd interview - in person - once again standard customer service questions but this time with a manager. Do not give short answers even if it’s a simple question as they are extremely picky with this.
