      Project Coordinator Interview

      20 Apr 2018
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Everett, WA
      Declined offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Synsor (Everett, WA)

      Interview

Absolutely terrible. They are hyperfocused on the drug test, must have mentioned it a dozen times, and that this is not a 9-5 job. They were offering WAY below industry average salaries, $34k for project coordinators. They also said there is a 50 hour MINIMUM work week. This drives the salary for professional jobs below minimum wage. Every aspect of the interview, the questions, the job description, and the people who work there just giant red flags. It's a dumpster fire, I wouldn't even recommend attending the interview for practice.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

Is your family okay with you working 50 to 60 hour weeks? We don't pay overtime, and you have to make sacrifices to build your career.
