Interview
3 interviews total. First interview would be with the talent acquisition specialist. That call can take roughly 15 to 30 minutes. Then, your next interview will be with a member of the C. SM team and the third interview would be an in person. Visitors visited their home base office
The interview process was incredibly thoughtful and human — Mostly conversational. It’s gives you a strong sense of the company culture. I had 4 rounds of interview and process took about 3-4weeks.
