Systel Business Equipment interview questions

Form is long and too detailed to the point where it seemed like they were just trying to steal private info. I couldn't answer some of the questions because I didn't feel comfortable. They asked for SSN, current address and last two addresses, name of high school middle school and elementary school, driver's license number.

My interviewer, who was also my soon-to-be boss, was polite and welcoming. The interview site was within the corporate office and was a comfortable setting. The interview was set up via phone and then a follow up call was made with the offer.
