Very smooth and abilities oriented. Interviewers were polite and professional and had been well briefed on my resume prior to the interview. Minimal questions were asked due to prior familiarity with my performance and ethic.

Question 1
Level of experience to include flight hours and certifications. It was more simple due to the fact I knew several employees in the company from prior employment so they were very familiar with my capabilities. Other questions were based on my leadership abilities. Most of my process was predetermined due to familiarity with myself.

no interview called , made an offer then met with project manager and president and got start date. other than that nothing special no actual interview questions. Project manager was desperate to meet a quota before the contract started

over the phone. Interview was very easy, quick, and simple. the company flew me out to the headquarters where the inprocessing only took one day. they paid for all travel expenses, and even reimbursed me for gas.
