Interview
I answered an ad from a staffing company in Tyler. The staffing person told me a bit about the company, and I had an initial interview with the Vice President. The questions were standard, and she told me about the role I would play if hired, and what they were looking for. Everyone seemed extremely friendly, and I found this to be true once I was hired.

Where did I see myself in five years. I have always disliked these types of questions, as you don't know what they are looking for - You don't want to sound like you will leave this position as soon as possible, but then you don't want to sound like you would be happy staying in one position forever.
