Initial phone screen completed by a recruiter. Invited to an onsite interview which included a skills assessment, group interview as well as 1:1 with senior leadership. Entire process from initial phone screen to offer was less than 1 month.

Behavioral questions and questions about relevant job experience. Follow up questions were also asked. No technical assessment or other skill assessments were asked for. Interview was in person with 3 interviewers present.
