Group interview then individual interview. It was easy. They asked questions and wrote it down on a white board. Individual interview was asked a tough situation ive been in and the solution.

My interview was for a new store opening. I attended a recruitment day which involved some retail assessments and scenario based assessments, both were fairly easy. They then announced who passed these assessments and I had a one-to-one interview.
Easy, they just want to see that your availability is good and you can follow instructions. Don’t talk about your degree or any corporate experience they reject people for being overqualified

The interview was based on normal questions for a retail position. The manager was lovely and very calming. A great place to work very supported staff and management are great.
