I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at T.K. Maxx (Sheffield, England) in Apr 2018
Interview
Brill experience with interview and induction pretty straight forward, there was a group session to assess the communication between everybody and then there was a test to see how you would react/deal with situations and if you passed you stayed for a 1:1 interview and if you didn’t you left it was pretty straight forward and the group session helped ease any nervousness it was really enjoyable
Was a good in depth interview from the company where I was asked multiple questions about what i know about the company and their standards of teamwork. The questions were broken down simply.
The first stage after application was a Virtual pre screen assessment. This included a series of videos and questions to respond to. It is not too challenging if you have common sense.
The interview was relatively easy for this role and involved a variety of situational judgment questions as well as other questions regarding my CV and previous experiences, both paid and voluntary.
