I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at T.K. Maxx
Interview
I lost the interview once they discovered I didn't have 24/7 availability and they were trying to find out if I was a good personality fit for the team. The thing is- I am an excellent fit for a team, I just need to warm up to people first, so the questions which were fair enough just didn't quiet work for me.

Question 1
What does your availability look like and are you willing to make concessions to be available during the Christmas/Holiday season?
Group interview then individual interview. It was easy. They asked questions and wrote it down on a white board. Individual interview was asked a tough situation ive been in and the solution.
Easy, they just want to see that your availability is good and you can follow instructions. Don’t talk about your degree or any corporate experience they reject people for being overqualified
