Interview
Was asked to go for a group interview, about twenty of us, split in to two groups and given some simple tasks to do and then feedback to the manager. Then got a call a couple of days later for a 1 to 1 interview. First couple of questions were typical interview questions like what do you know about T K Maxx, then the woman went on to a long list of scenario questions.

Tell me a time you had to deal with a difficult customer/challenging situation?
Group interview then individual interview. It was easy. They asked questions and wrote it down on a white board. Individual interview was asked a tough situation ive been in and the solution.

Interview
The interview was based on normal questions for a retail position. The manager was lovely and very calming. A great place to work very supported staff and management are great.
Easy, they just want to see that your availability is good and you can follow instructions. Don’t talk about your degree or any corporate experience they reject people for being overqualified
