pre employment vetting by recruitment agency
stage one was informal face to face with regional manager
stage two was a swot of a store
stage three is director level informal discussion
no real difficult or catch you out questions
they have the look of the candidate in mind when they employ so i suspect if you fit the bill you will succeed against candidates of higher competence
