Interview
It was a very brief interview, where they asked us to talk about ourselves, and then a few technical questions, related to Income Tax and GST. Then e would ask about your expectations from the company, including stipend, timings, etc.

Interview
They hired the person once he or she qualified for them then they check the suitability of that person with their working environment. If he or she is perfect match for their work they will hire him or her.
Once hired the person need to go through with all the policy & procedures to get enroll with them as an employee.
