I applied online and got a phone screen. The phone screen went well according to the recruiter and I was told I was going to be passed to the next step. Then what is all too common, ghosted. I sent three follow up emails to the recruiter and didn't get a single response. Everyone understands if they don't get the job, it is the disrespect for time and feeling while looking for a new job.
