Interview

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at T4S Partners (Greenwood Village, CO) in Mar 2018
Interview
I was not asked any bull crap questions like "What is your definition of polymorphism?" and if I don't like your answer you won't be considered.... They were really interested in my actual experience and what I had to offer. I think it depends on the job and the candidate experience as to exactly how the interview process goes. See interview questions for more detail.

Question 1
You may be asked to do a little white boarding but only how you would go about solving a problem and not some complex coding problem. They understand not everyone is good under that kind of pressure. They can tell by the kinds of questions they ask if you can do the job or not. These people have been around!
