Interview
Long interview process, SHL tests (full set), panel interview and business case. Feels like they are hiring for a GM / CHRO more than a team lead role. TA also relatively weak - more like giving a talk rather than assessing the experience of the talents. Does not seem to have a good roadmap or blueprint on how to develop the function.
