Had exactly three phone interviews with HR, a manager, and eventually the Director. The interviews were pretty extensive and I also had to provide writing samples catered to them which wasn’t too challenging. The job description wasn’t very straightforward.

Very unorthodox in a good way, innovative and relaxing but commited. Interview had preview of situations that would be handled and was analyzed in a team setting and discussed openly and was both comfortable and informative.

Very easy phone interview, which was set up after corresponding through email. I applied online and about two weeks later got an email followed by a phone call. All other documentation was sent via email as well (on boarding paperwork)
