Applied via internet job board, got the first contact quite quickly, went through IT and language assessment (easy). Then had a skype interview which included questions about the role, not so much the classic HR questions. The atmosphere was friendly, I just wish I had more time to present myself. To sum it up, they really want to make sure you will be able to perform.
