I met with 2 people and the first was an informational call and the second was with the team that I was interviewing for. The interview went as I expected and the people interviewing were kind.

Quick and simple, basic questions regarding academic background and job roles. Asked to explain about myself and what i aim to learn in the future, Felt quite straightforward and was able to answer them simply
Three interviews one on the phone with HR then two with social media strategist via zoom. They really look for personality and excitement. They described the roles and essentially gave a brief rundown of what the company culture is like
