I applied in-person. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at TCC Verizon Authorized Retailer (Indianapolis, IN) in Jun 2012
Interview
Brief, to the point. Nothing really specific. It was a quick decision and Was with the store manager and regional manager. Very friendly and explained company policies adequately. Compensation was not explained well so when base salary and commission were explained by the store manager later, it seemed a bit unfair. At that time the manager made 45%, assistant manager 35% and sales reps split the rest.

I applied online. I interviewed at TCC Verizon Authorized Retailer in Aug 2024
Interview
Very simple interview process, received my offer letter the same day as my interview. Training was not super detailed but this will more than likely vary location from location. Overall I think the process of setting up an interview and everything was very simple.

Question 1
Was asked if I had worked in a commission based job prior to this?
Very personable, laid back, got to meet a few different managers and staff. Best interview experience I’ve had, very professional. You can tell they care about their employees and have shown it throughout my first year.

Interview
It was very long and cumbersome. A lot of the questions seemed unconnected and un related. Everyone I spoke to was very nice and professional. They answered all my questions about the role and company that I had.
