TCS World Travel interview questions

The First round with HR & then scheduled a second round of interview with the team. After the second round, they didn't feel important to update the candidate on the process. They just ghosted me without providing any updates.

I was interviewed for the Marketing Manager position at TCS World Travel and had three total interviews up to the level of the C-suite. After the third interview, there was no communication for three weeks, so I sent a follow-up email to one of Travelopia's Acquisition Managers (the parent company) with whom I had been in touch throughout the process. A few days later, I received a template rejection email from a no-reply address letting me know that they would not be progressing with my application. If I could provide any feedback, it would be to provide interviewed applicants with a status update after 1-2 weeks and if a decision has been made, to write a personalized email. It takes time, energy, and preparation to go through multiple interviews and it is disheartening to not receive any personalized communication thereafter. With all of that said, I appreciate the time my interviewers took to meet with me, and I hope this process can be improved upon for future applicants.
