Every candidate goes through an initial phone interview. Any candidates that make it to the next round, will more than likely go through a panel interview consisting of at least one manager or lead and one or more current implementation consultants or specialists. Those individuals that make it past this phase, are usually brought back to do a short training session on "how to balance your checkbook".
